How we handle what you send us

Nova Sidera D.O.O., Montenegro · updated 23 September 2026

This page is about the form on this site. It is not about the product: Haw0k-Mem0 runs on your own infrastructure and sends us nothing.

What we collect

Only what you type: your e-mail address, and — if you fill them in — your organisation, a description of the agent, and a phone number. The form also records which language you were reading in, so that we answer in it.

Our server keeps the usual web-server log entries, including the IP address the request came from. We use them to stop abuse of the form and for nothing else.

Why

To answer you and to prepare a trial licence if you asked for one. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you anything you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Your request is stored on our own server and copied into our task tracker so that a request does not get lost in somebody's inbox. Sending the confirmation involves our e-mail provider, as it must. Nobody else, and we sell nothing to anybody.

How long

Requests that lead nowhere are deleted after twelve months. If we end up working together, the correspondence lives as long as the business relationship and the retention periods that follow it.

Where

Nova Sidera is registered in Montenegro, outside the EEA. Your request is processed there. If your organisation needs that put on a legal footing — Standard Contractual Clauses — write to us and we will sign them.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. One e-mail to privacy@haw0k-mem0.com is enough; we do not require a form. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

None. This site sets no cookies and carries no analytics, no tag manager and no third-party scripts. Your language and theme choice are kept in your own browser's local storage and never reach us. That is also why you have never seen a consent banner here.
